Working locally is the simplest way to use MyWebCad's software.   By working locally the cad file will reside on your machine and you can revisit your file without having to come to this site.  When you want to continue working on your file simply drag and drop your file into IE.  You may also set up a bookmark in IE to where you saved your file.

When returning to your file you may see the following.  If this should happen you must click through and allow blocked content.

Click the yellow line of text that appears at the top of the browser window.

Click Allow Block Content.

Click the are you sure your sure warning.

Since you may not want to go through that clicking exercise every time you want to view a file you may wish to disable the warnings in Microsoft Internet Explorer as follows.

Select tools, the internet options.

Click Advanced tab, then scroll down to Security.  Check "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".  Click Apply.  You may want to disable this setting if your not running MyWebCad.  Unfortunately  there is no setting in IE to only allow trusted programs to run.  Its all or nothing.  Microsoft are you listening?
